About
Amir Sani, PhD
Senior Adviser at AdapData and AI Research and Development Lead at i²ntelligence. Practitioner of the Owner’s Audit, an in-residence hotel audit commissioned by the owner, for luxury family resorts, golf resorts and five-star resorts in Europe.
Two careers, one gap
Amir Sani has spent his working life on both sides of the gap the Owner’s Audit measures. Through i²ntelligence, an AI research and development firm in London, he builds the systems that map institutional processes and the demand systems that bring a guest to a property. Through AdapData, a strategy advisory and commercialisation practice established in 2015 for private markets, he acts for firms, owners, funds and family offices on where artificial intelligence, automation and data-driven decision making genuinely bear on an asset. The Owner’s Audit sits where the two meet: the digital estate that makes the promise, and the property that has to keep it.

How the writing on this site is produced
Every guide is dated and reviewed when the facts it relies on change. Figures are stated only where a public source supports them, and each page that makes a factual claim lists its sources. Client work is confidential: no client, property or operator is named, and nothing on the site is a case study. The method is the specialism.
